We’re a small collective of organisers with decades of experience supporting grassroots climate groups and networks. We’re working to create new pathways for millions of new people across the UK to take sustained action for climate justice in the next 3 years.
This is an opportunity for talented organisers of any background to join our small, nimble team. Tipping Point particularly encourages applications from people from ethnic minority backgrounds, trans people, queer people, people with disabilities and people with caring responsibilities and other groups typically under-represented in campaigning organisations.

We’re hiring:
- 6 regional organiser roles around the UK to support local grassroots action (1 day a week/flexi, £150 per day) Deadline: 17 May 2021
- 1 fossil finance organiser to support networking and actions on UK finance targets (1 day a week/flexi. £145 – £162 day rate) Deadline: 17 May 2021
- 1 web and tech specialist to lead development of our free Movement Tech Hub (2 days a week/flexi, £145 – £162 day rate ) Deadline: 24 May 2021
All roles are offered on a freelance basis for now, with scope to expand / extend contracts based on funding. You’ll be joining a small team with big ambitions and lots of support!
