Why Tipping Point?
Our climate has crossed a tipping point. We need a grassroots movement strong enough to tip the scales back towards climate justice in time.
We need everyone organising together to create unstoppable momentum for systemic change. That’s why we support grassroots groups working at the intersection of climate, racial, migrant, social and economic justice issues.
We support people from all communities and backgrounds to use their power and organise bold and regular action together to win change.

We provide training, resources, microgrants and digital tools to help groups innovate and experiment in taking bigger, bolder and more sustained action together.

Who we work with
From local climate groups to migrant communities, trade unions, racial justice groups and everyone in between, we support any grassroots group interested in building an open, intersectional and people-powered movement for climate justice. Tipping Point currently supports several UK-wide networks that are open to any grassroots groups to join regardless of affiliation. All we ask is that, if your group would like our support, you agree to our organising principles.
We especially welcome partnerships and collaborations with organisers from communities that are on the frontlines of capitalist extractivism, cost of living crisis and climate impacts, as well as communities that have been historically underrepresented in climate organising spaces. We prioritise working across differences in race, class, gender and ability.
Climate Reparations Network
We support grassroots groups working towards bold reparative climate justice solutions and systems change based on the principle of making polluters pay for the care and repair communities need to thrive.
Stop New Oil & Gas
We organise with grassroots groups across the UK to stop approval of the new oil & gas fields like Cambo, Jackdaw and Rosebank and for a just transition for workers and their communities.
Finance Network
We support grassroots groups working to shift the way our banks and insurers invest and transform the economic systems that fuel the climate crisis, the genocide in Gaza and inhumane border detention. #BoycottBloodyInsurance
About Us
Tipping Point is a small collaborative team with a big ambition. Our organising team brings together decades of experience of supporting grassroots groups in the climate justice, gender justice, racial justice and social justice movements.
We’re a worker-led cooperative of organisers who believe passionately in centering care, equity and liberation in the ways we work together and with the movements and groups we support. Together we’ve helped build some of the biggest grassroots mobilisations, actions and campaign networks of the last decade.

We currently provide all our support, resources, training and powerful action tools to grassroots groups for free.
